Pietro Zanoni is more than a food technician and not only a wine expert: he is an enthusiastic man of his land. He came back to Quinzano to modernise his father’s company, to change its design and objectives.
He skilfully turned his commitment into a project and his ideas into sound products.
His guiding ideas are the straightforwardness that we find in his Valpolicella, the frankness of his Superiore and the droit of his Amarone “Zovo”, proudly recognised as a great cru.
The grapes he grows dig their roots into the limey soil and the wine-making tradition of Valpolicella and are true expressions of the native varietals: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella.
